Ms Nina Zammit, Sports Psychology Practitioner
Nina Zammit is a sport psychology practitioner, yoga and meditation instructor, and sport masseuse. She specialises in using breathing techniques, embodied movement, and mindfulness practices to help children and adults build emotional resilience, navigate challenges, and reconnect with a sense of joy, compassion, and presence, both in sport and daily life.
Nina offers her services through one-to-one sessions as well as group work. She also supports (sport) team development, focusing on areas such as cohesion, communication, and group dynamics.
Her approach draws on the grounding and restorative qualities of nature to cultivate self-awareness, happiness and equip people with the tools to navigate challenges. Through age-appropriate reflection practices, embodied and nature-based approaches, Nina encourages a reconnection to the mind, body, and environment. Her work is rooted in the belief that nature is not only a backdrop, but an active participant in the process of personal and collective well-being.
